Late Cancel/No Show Policy
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients are required to call, leave a message, or cancel online at least 24 hours before their appointment time. Any less than 24 hours, and it is deemed a "late cancel" and the client will be charged a late cancel fee equal to half of their scheduled appointment. Also, if a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment, or is more than 15 minutes late for said appointment, it will be considered a "no show", and the client will be charged a no show fee in the amount of half of their scheduled appointment rate. Example:
60 minutes = $60.00
90 minutes = $85.00
120 minutes = $120.00
